  After waiting 3 days after my initial scheduled appointment, Economy called first thing this morning (7:18a.m.) to say they would be arriving sometime in the afternoon. I jumped in the shower around 11:30a.m. and was out by 11:36. I heard some rambling noises coming from outside and to my surprise the propane man arrived early. I quickly threw on a robe and stepped outside so I could pay him. At the same time the delivery man decided it wasn't a good time and began rolling up the gas line he just laid out. I tried to stop him and say hello so that he would continue with refilling the tank but he continued putting everything away and said I would have to reschedule because I didnt greet him in time. I then spoke with the office and was again treated the same way. The lady I spoke with was very rude and said my appointment will have to be rescheduled as she shrugged off the complaint regarding the wrong arrival time being quoted to me. 20 minutes later or so I look at the front window and to my surprise the same economy truck returned and refilled the tank. The delivery driver showed me a receipt for $231.32, I handed him $240 and he then said he had no change and the credit will be applied to my next order ... seeing as though I plan on using a different company from now on, I suppose I should swing back through their office one LAST TIME so that I can get my change.
