  We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and have been happy with each purchase! Our first purchase was back in 07 and we will be handing this car down to our 16 year old in January. The owner goes above and beyond for his customers and community.
  
  We have purchased two cars from this dealership, had a lift kit put on our truck, purchased new tires regularly, routine maintanance done as well as specialty work done on vehicles that we have purchased elsewhere. In April, I purchased my second vehicle from West Lake Auto. It had just arrived to the lot and had some minor front end damage. The owner replaced the damaged fender at no additional cost.
  
  My most recent experience was just last month. I work at the local school and while dropping his student off, the owner noticed my tires had no tread left on them. He called to inform me he had an opening and could pick up my vehicle, at work, and return it to me by end of day. I told him how truly appreciative I was for this service and his response "we just want our customers safe!". I have been a happy customer of West Lake Auto since 2007.

  I bought a car in November 2017, it's currently April 2018 and I still don't have the registration. It has taken two visits, and 5 phone calls, and a lot of frustration to be told once again that a document has been sent to the DMV, and I should expect my documents in the mail soon. I might believe that, but I have been told this several times already. I got pulled over for a headlight that was out, and the officer removed the Westlake Auto advertising on my license plate to expose the registration sticker expired a year ago. So there I am trying to explain about buying the car in Nov 2017, and still not having the right sticker and paperwork. I would have gotten a ticket, except the officer got called away on a more important call. My experience with Westlake Auto has been a disappointment. The dealer, the stereotypical car dealer; nice and friendly when selling a car, but less than professional, and even rude when I return to have items on my contract fulfilled. I don't advise doing business with this dealer. I know I won't.
