  the branch is operated by women who go home tell their mother the spending habits of neighbors they know nothing about. then the mother blabs to another woman in a completely different county who happens to know a woman who knows the same people. then I had my account flagged. and the same woman blabbed her mouth. again but was not fired

  I went in to take care of some important banking for the death of my family member. I was sitting with a banker, and the manager brings in 4 employees and has a meeting right next to me. I couldn't hear the banker, he didn't say a word . I looked at the manager and she continued to laugh and joke with the staff. She was talking like they were her kids. I'll be changing backs to a more serious bank. What a joke.
